Last night at 5:00 p.m. Jared was set apart and is now ready to enter the mission field. His Stake President gave him an amazing blessing. I have no doubt in my mind that he will be a wonderful missionary. He will do many great and wonderful things over the next 2 years in Monterrey. He will bless the lives of everyone he meets.
His flight left this morning at 6:20am to Salt Lake City and then onto Mexico City arriving there around 4pm, where he will enter the MTC for a few weeks before going out to Monterrey.
We were able to squeeze in one last meal with him before he left. After getting check in at the airport at 4:00am we all went to Denny's for breakfast.
I, one of his sisters, can you guess who?? will keep this blog up to date with the emails and pictures that he (hopefully) sends to us on a weekly basis. I also know that he would love to hear from you all as well!
